Winter has begun to make her presence known, as the leaves have fallen from the trees, giving way to brisk, frost-filled mornings. We are right at the lull before the busy holiday season begins, and it’s an excellent time to reflect on the year and share a quiet moment with family. I love to stroll through the city and neighborhoods amidst twinkling lights and take in the splendor of the season.

Design: Italian Inspiration
Italian design offers exquisite textures and intricate patterns transformed into luxurious living. I love the room by room regional variations in both palette and featured objects. Whether you are a fan of clean lines that ooze modern appeal or you prefer opulent finishes with frescoed walls, Italian design is the perfect starting place to find inspiration for your next project. Botany: Garden d’Lights
Bellevue’s Botanical Garden is one of the most ethereal destinations on the Eastside. Each holiday season the lush landscapes are joined by over half a million sparkling lights, creating a sensational display of whimsy. The holiday display is an absolute must-see, so if you haven’t yet seen it, I highly recommend that you go. Click here for more details about the spirited event.
