The formerly wide, flat lawn of Madison Square Park has been transformed, replaced by a forest of tall cedars. Noted in Vogue as "a dramatic disruption of the urban landscape," this site is the focus of Maya Lin's most recent project, Ghost Forest. The striking installation is meant to create a conversation about the effects of climate change.
